Would you like to start your own ECO Squad?

  • Contact your city and adopt a road (Free! in most areas)
  • Gather your group of 4-8 people and keep your street free of litter per city guidelines (usually once per quarter).
  • Organize fun, small to medium “quick events” and always have a treat at the end for the people who help you. You can ask sponsors to provide treats.
  • Organize a neighborhood cleanup with your neighbors once a quarter. Offer treats at the end!
  • Organize a back to school clean up near your school.
  • Organize a “Santa’s Coming” litter pick up in an area that needs attention in your city.
  • Work with your City to participate in National Clean Up Day!

After your fun event, send us photos or tag us on social media!

About Caitlin

🌸🌿Hi, I’m Caitlin and I started ECO Squad in 2023 after seeing my area start to become filled with trash from construction and land development.   I was so sad to see the damage this caused to people, plants and the animals.  The trash grew every day and nothing changed.

It was then I decided I had to do something myself.  I truly believe  kids and families can make a difference in making their own part of the world beautiful.

I am in the 6th grade and I enjoy doing pageants, reading, editing and of course cleaning up Mother Earth.  An interesting fact about me is I am a 10th generation Texan. I had a relative actually fight in the Alamo! I am also a National Ambassador for National Clean up Day which is yearly every 3rd Saturday of September.

I’d like to thank my Mom,Dad,and Lauri for helping me inspire families worldwide to clean up.🌿🌸
